Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your entryway furniture. Due to the size, nature, and assembly requirements of these items, please review this policy carefully .
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and unassembled condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact .
2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange :

Assembled Furniture: Any shoe cabinet, entrance table, or hangers that have been assembled, used, or show any signs of wear.

Installed Hangers: Any hanger that has been removed from its packaging, mounted to a wall, or shows any signs of installation.

Custom or Special Order Items: Furniture ordered in specific sizes, finishes, or configurations.

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.
3. Return Process & Fees

To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials, hardware, and instructions .

Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for safely repacking the item and arranging return shipping.

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For large items like shoe cabinets and entrance tables, these costs can be significant.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for accepted returns to cover processing and inspection.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return . Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange process, we recommend returning your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item .
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery . Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement part, full replacement, or refund as appropriate.
6. Missing Parts or Hardware
If your shoe cabinet or entrance table arrives missing assembly hardware, parts, or instructions, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
